Whether it's starting a career or changing careers, choosing the right direction is one of the most crucial decisions in our lives. As a young adult entering the world of work, it comes with new challenges and opportunities, while in older age, switching or restarting can utilize past experiences but in a new direction.
Due to the rapidly changing labour market, it is no longer enough to master a profession, but we must adapt to the constantly changing environment and new technologies. Therefore, it is essential to be aware of our own abilities, interests, and the career opportunities that best match them.
Career guidance helps with this: it not only shows current opportunities but also helps prepare for future changes. Whether you are starting your career or looking for new paths, finding the right direction is key to being successful and satisfied in your work in the long term.
