SYSTEM FEATURES

PractiWork® is not just a tool but a complete system that provides support for the most crucial aspects of work performance.
  • The immersive tests captivate the user experientially, and their adaptability ensures that everyone faces a challenge appropriate to their abilities.
  • The hardware solution enables the measurement of psychomotor abilities, ensuring data accuracy and providing equal opportunities for all participants.
  • The testing is standardized, conducted under controlled conditions, fully meeting the measurement requirements.
  • Easily portable and installable, and working with easily understandable language, it is accessible to anyone.
  • The system immediately records and analyzes the data, utilizing the latest AI technologies for accurate and objective assessment.
  • The system provides immediate feedback, is high-capacity, and fully automated, guiding the respondent through the entire process.
  • The analyses are based on a statistically representative sample from over 20,000 measurements.
  • The PractiWork® system, both tests and evaluations, is based on scientific principles using models such as CHC, HEXACO, and the Holland model.
  • A suitably sized and equipped room can accommodate up to 30 devices, allowing for simultaneous measurement of up to 30 individuals
  • The process is automated, so the presence of one administrator on-site is sufficient
  • PractiWork® provides training and support materials for administrators and result communicators, which are available at any time

PARTICIPANT BRIEFING

It is crucial to provide participants with sufficient information to ensure they understand what they are participating in and what will happen throughout the process. To this end, pre-prepared descriptions are provided, which can be adjusted to the venue and situation. We also provide a pre-measurement briefing sheet, which participants receive in advance.
Before the measurement begins, we also clarify the rules to ensure a calm and orderly environment for everyone. Security requirements applicable to participants must be enforced. This includes health considerations.
We also highlight that all necessary sensory aids (e.g., glasses, hearing aids) must be available for those who need them. We remind those who take regular medications to take them.
PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE DATA?

Data processing and analysis are key elements of our system, as these are the basis for creating personalized and group-specific results. We evaluate the collected information from different perspectives to provide a comprehensive view of career directions, job fit, and group trends and development opportunities.
  • Result Sheet with Vocation Recommendation showing the job seeker the direction in which they might consider seeking employment
  • Result Sheet for Profession Fitting: showing how the respondent fits a specific job role
  • Group Analysis: our experts develop the group analyses depending on the questions we want to answer during the measurement process:
    • Sociodemographic Correlations: it is possible to examine whether there are sociodemographic characteristics, such as gender, age, or place of residence, that show correlations with either performance or individual preferences. Regional or more specific, such as institutional characteristics, can also be uncovered.
    • Profile Determination: the group results can reveal what typical profiles the participants have. For example, there may be individuals from whom exceptional performance is expected based on their abilities and attitude, but there may also be a group of participants who have good abilities but are unmotivated.
    • Development Needs Determination: closely related to the previous point, by getting to know the employee profiles, it is possible to determine the training and development needs.
    • Predictions: predictive models can be created through group analyses, which help predict which group a new participant would belong to and what types of developments would be most effective for them.
  • The content of the report provides direction to make the most informed decisions possible, whether it concerns career choice, workforce recruitment, internal selection, or training.
